The Team behind F+K

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of interior construction, Ralf Friedrich and Oliver Krüger have founded their own company “F+K Projektbau GmbH” in October 2017, being mainly specialized painting and plastering works, drywall installations as well as tiling. The main area for implementation works of the company is Berlin / Brandenburg.

Started with originally 1 employee, both founders achieved to establish a satisfied customer base as well as sustainably increasing the number of employees, meanwhile counting 10 individuals the core team of F+K. Key for us was and still is, that every new team member is not only fitting to us from a professional point of view but more important from a human point of view. Moving things forward, creating impact and developing the company with a long-term perspective for all of us, these are our priorities.

Ralf, Founder, CEO, Heart and Mind of F+K

Learned from scratch and since always with the vision of running his own company, Ralf - despite his parallel path of studying industrial engineering and managing large-scale infrastructure projects for years in an corporate environment - has never lost its origins and passion for craftsmanship and with that started to bring his own vision to life in 2017.

Ralf, the heart of the company and always with the heart in the right place: an owner who knows his trade and at the same time masters the management of large-scale projects. Determined, reliable, competent and above all, always with a certain look ahead combined thinking outside the box, he also helps to implement your visions with the F + K team.

His passion: traveling, family, (water) sports

Oliver, Co-Founder, Attorney, Co-Gründer, Blood of F+K

Master Carpenter
Completion Apprenticeship in 2001

Close friends with Ralf since apprentice days and even earlier, Oliver brings the necessary finishing touches to the company. Back in the days, , the youngest master carpenter in Berlin, he built up a broad network through undisputed competence, creative solution-orientation and the necessary sense for the construction business, which also allows the blood of F + K to flow even further.

As CEO of the partner company "Tischlerei Breiter & Partner GmbH" with 2 decades of experience in the carpenter and handicraft business, Oliver impresses with a wide range of knowledge and has an implementable solution for every problem in the back his mind, no matter how complicated.

His passion: Family, cooking, football

Karola, 42 Jahre die Strippenzieherin

Sie hält die Firma zusammen und begrüßt euch herzlich und immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln, sobald ihr die Firma betretet !

Karola hält der Mannschaft den Rücken frei und managt auch in stressigen Phasen das Backoffice und ihre Chefs ; ) . Ihr möchtet unsere Leistungen in Anspruch nehmen oder habt Fragen zu F+K? Zögert nicht und sprecht sie an. Karola hilft gern.

Thomas, 49 Jahre seit Tag 1 Mitglied von F+K
& der Allrounder der Firma

Mit seiner über 30-jährigen Erfahrung, Präzision und Zuverlässigkeit gibt es kein Fachgebiet, in dem Thomas nicht zuhause ist. Ein echter Allrounder, auch in Sachen Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice. Thomas löst jede Herausforderung - insbesondere in seinem Fachgebiet Maler- und Lackierer sowie Trockenbau - Seite an Seite mit dem Kunden und das stets mit dem nötigen Verständnis für das Besondere.

Gibt es Themen, Projekte oder Herausforderungen bei euch zu Hause oder im neuen Eigenheim, ist Thomas derjenige auf den ihr euch bei der gewünschten Umsetzung verlassen könnt.

Passion: Reisen, das Handwerk & Autos

Andreas, 43 Jahre der Glücksgriff der Firma & Experte in Sachen Material, Maler- und Lackiererhandwerk

Nach 15 Jahren Selbstständigkeit war für Andreas der Punkt da etwas Neues anzugehen. Wie es der Zufall manchmal so will, trafen Ralf und Andreas aufeinander und es war schnell klar: Die Zukunft wird gemeinsam gegangen. Und so war Andreas unser 2. Mitarbeiter und zusammen Thomas mit ein Grundstein für die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens bis heute und auch der Zukunft.

Durch seine jahrelange Erfahrung, hat Andreas tiefstes Detailwissen über Baustoffe, Preise sowie Anwendungsverfahren und kann euch jederzeit individuell einem neuen Gespräch vor Ort schnell ein Gefühl für Preise und Umsetzbarkeit geben. Auch das Management von Großbaustellen ist für ihn kein Fremdwort. Solltet ihr also ein größeres Vorhaben planen, ist der Andreas der Mann vor Ort, der die erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherstellt.
